Orders and Shipping

Our orders are usually ready to be shipped within 2 business days, unless you have chosen a PRE-ORDER item (Check our pre-order section on the website or email us for specific information on your product ccordero@norgate.com.pe ). Based on the carrier and pick-up times, delivery times and costs may vary. Shipping costs vary based on carrier and delivery method.

Your delivery options depend on your location. Our shipping policy is Free Shipping on all orders with our national Pošta mail in Croatia.

Standard delivery time: 4-6 business days

Packages within EU are delivered Door to Door service. You can stay updated on your shipment by following the tracking link in your shipment e-mail (you will receive this notification as soon as we have processed and shipped your order).

You must go log-in with your mail and create a password.

You can only change you shipping address 24 hours previous the shipping. 

We will send you a purchase confirmation mail with the tracking number and our courier web page, so you can enter anytime to review.  

Anything order-related can always be found on your account. If the order has been shipped already, you can trace your parcel with a tracking number.

This tracking number can also be found in your confirmation email. It becomes active within 24-48 hours after you’ve received the email.

 

If you didn’t get a confirmation email, it could’ve ended up in your spam inbox. If that’s not the case send us an email ccordero@norgate.com.pe  so our customer service agent can take it from there.

No, we do not keep any banking information on our end. 

When your package arrives at your destination it will be affected to the regular taxes that your country demands and it is payable on the customs clearance. 

Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which NORGÄTE cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.

Yes! we ship worldwide but will have an extra fee regarding your destination. 

Yes! All items on one Re-Pack bag. 

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

Your online order may be returned within 20 days of receipt without having to give any reason but we appreciate if you inform us.

Returned products must be returned in the state in which you received them: the returned products must be complete, unworn, unwashed and have all the product labels and tags intact, and must not used in any other way than what is reasonably necessary to decide if you want to keep the product(s). If you do not comply with the foregoing and the value of the product diminishes as a consequence thereof, we can hold you liable for such diminished value.

 

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, not including the costs of standard delivery and administration fees (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 15 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return the products. We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest. Products may not be returned (unless in original sealed wrapping).

If something like this happened we will ask you to kindly inform us about the issue by mail to : ccordero@norgate.com.peWe will exchange the product for a new one free of charge. 

We will send you the return form to include it to the package.

 

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail to ccordero@norgate.com.pe and the garments must be shipped to the following address:

You must write us a mail immediately previous 48 hours, so we can change your shipping address and send you a confirmation mail with all the details. 

If you cancel your order within 48 hours after we had shipped we can reimburse the total amount. 

If we had already shipped we will reimburse you aa partial payments received from you, not including the costs of standard delivery and administration fees (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return the products. We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest. Products may not be returned (unless in original sealed wrapping).

Yes! You can ask any garment on pre-order but it will demand a minimum stock to produce and it could take a while to deliver it to you. 

If you return the product(s) by mail, you will have returned the products on time if you have delivered the product(s) at the post office or to the carrier within the afore mentioned 20 days period.
