Why do we use cookies?

Delivery Information

  • Your delivery options depend on your location.
  • Our main shipping policy is free shipping on all orders with our DPD Courier Croatia.
  • Standard delivery time: 4-8 business days
  • Packages within EU are delivered Door to Door service. You can stay updated on your shipment by following the tracking link in your shipment e-mail (you will receive this notification as soon as we have processed and shipped your order).
  • Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Norgäte cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
  • You can stay updated on your parcel by following the tracking link in your shipment e-mail (you will receive this notification as soon as we have processed and shipped your order).

Atention UK customers

  • Please note that, since the UK is no longer a part of the EU, different terms and conditions apply to your order.
  • When an order is shipped to a customer living outside the EU, an additional import VAT and duties will be added by local authorities. The recipient is liable to pay these upon delivery. In addition to this, DHL may charge a handling fee. We are letting you know in order for you to make an informed decision before placing an order with us. Please note that we are unable to calculate or estimate the total amount.

  • Packages are delivered DDU (Door Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be delayed in customs. You can stay updated on your shipment by following the tracking link in your shipment e-mail (you will receive this notification as soon as we have processed and shipped your order).
  • Shipping rates & delivery time to the United Kingdom:
  • Standard home delivery: 20 £
  • Delivery time is usually 5-8 business days but may be longer due to customs and Brexit-related challenges. You can stay updated by following the tracking link in your shipment e-mail (you will receive this notification as soon as we have processed and shipped your order).

Shipping policy

  • Anything order-related can always be found on your account. If the order has been shipped already, you can trace your parcel with a tracking number.
  • This tracking number can also be found in your confirmation email. It becomes active within 24-48 hours after you’ve received the email.
  • If you didn’t get a confirmation email, it could’ve ended up in your spam inbox. If that’s not the case send us an email  so our customer service agent can take it from there.

What is the delivery time and cost?

  • Our orders are usually ready to be shipped within 2 business days, unless you have chosen a PRE-ORDER item (Check our pre-order section on the website or email us for specific information on your product ). Based on the carrier and pick-up times, delivery times and costs may vary. Shipping costs vary based on carrier and delivery method.

Refund policy

  • Your right to cancel!
  • Your online order may be returned within 15 days of receipt without having to give any reason but we appreciate if you inform us.
  • If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, not including the costs of standard delivery and administration fees (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return the products. We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest. Products may not be returned (unless in original sealed wrapping).

How to return

  • If you return the product(s) by mail, you will have returned the products on time if you have delivered the product(s) at the post office or to the carrier within the afore mentioned 30 days period.
  • Returned products must be returned in the state in which you received them: the returned products must be complete, unworn, unwashed and have all the product labels and tags intact, and must not used in any other way than what is reasonably necessary to decide if you want to keep the product(s). If you do not comply with the foregoing and the value of the product diminishes as a consequence thereof, we can hold you liable for such diminished value.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order by e-mail by using the following contact details:

  • Once your returned products have been checked and inspected, you will receive a refund e-mail notification, if a refund will be made.
  • Refunds usually take up to 10-12 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.
